Custom Product Policy

At Brandify, we offer a range of customizable products, allowing you to create designs that reflect your unique style and preferences. This Custom Product Policy outlines the process, terms, and conditions for ordering custom items from our store.

1. Customization Options

Brandify offers customizable products such as shirts, t-shirts, mugs, cups, backpacks, hats, phone cases, and more. When ordering custom products, you can personalize them with your own designs, logos, text, or images.

Customization options may vary depending on the product, and customers are responsible for providing accurate design details and specifications during the ordering process.

2. Order Process

To create a custom product, follow these steps:

  1. Choose a Product: Select the product you wish to customize from our available categories.
  2. Upload Design: Use our design tools to upload your artwork, text, or images, and arrange them as you like.
  3. Approve Design: Review your design carefully and approve it before completing your purchase.
  4. Submit Order: After approving your design and selecting your options, submit your order for processing.

Please note: Once your order is submitted and the design is approved, it cannot be modified or canceled, as custom products are made specifically for you.

3. Production Time

The production time for custom products typically ranges from 5 to 7 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and the item ordered. This production time does not include shipping time.

We strive to meet our production deadlines, but during peak times, such as holidays, production may take longer. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

After your custom product is completed, it will be shipped based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on delivery times and costs.

5. Accuracy of Design and Approval

By submitting your custom order, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to use any images, logos, or designs you upload or have obtained permission to use them.
  • The design you approve will be printed exactly as submitted. We will not be responsible for any errors (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect colors, image placement) once you have approved the design.

If there are technical issues with the design (such as image resolution), we may contact you for further clarification or to resolve any potential issues before proceeding with production.

6. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable

Custom products are made to order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • There is a manufacturing error on our part that deviates from the approved design.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at infobrandifyusa@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

By creating and submitting designs for custom products, you agree that:

  • You are the rightful owner of, or have permission to use, any logos, artwork, images, or other content you provide for customization.
  • You will not submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights, is illegal, offensive, or otherwise violates our terms of service.

Brandify reserves the right to refuse any custom design that violates these conditions.

8. Design and Color Variations

Please note that the colors of your final product may slightly vary from the digital mockup due to differences in screen resolution, print techniques, and material used. These minor variations are normal and do not constitute defects.
