At Brandify, we're committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for all your custom products within the United States. Please review our updated shipping policy to understand our methods, delivery times, and costs.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
- Custom Products: Since many of our products are custom-made to your design specifications, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
- Non-Custom Products: These items will typically be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within the USA:
- Standard Shipping (USA): Delivery in 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping (USA): Delivery in 2-3 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or holidays.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping (USA): $7.99
- Expedited Shipping (USA): $9.99
We also offer free standard shipping during special promotions or discounts.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as:

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Brandify is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. If you're still unable to locate your package, contact us, and we'll do our best to assist you.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for shipments delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you for the correct address, and you'll be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
